This project places a significant emphasis on advanced CMF research. I engaged in extensive on-site collaboration with factory teams, gaining in-depth insights into the manufacturing process. During this phase, I focused on:
•Silicone Mold Casting: Perfecting the preparation of silicone molds to ensure precise and consistent production.
•Paint Texture & Color Tuning: Experimenting with various paint formulations to achieve the ideal tactile texture and visually appealing color.
•Surface Treatments: Implementing high-quality processes such as electroplating and silk screening to enhance durability and aesthetic appeal.
